Shipping and Delivery
Logistic & Trade s.r.l. will deliver the products to the courier within 48 working hours (Saturday, Sunday, excluding holidays) from the payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price of the product (s) and shipping costs if applicable. Shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are added to the total cost of the order and are specified during the checkout, before the customer completes the purchase process.
Departure of the Order
Every order is handled with the utmost urgency. As soon as our warehouse receives the order, the goods are found, the packaging and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures.
Logistic & Trade s.r.l. will deliver the products to the courier within 48 working hours (Saturday, Sunday, excluding holidays) following validation from the payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price of the product (s) and shipping costs if foreseen
The shipment takes place throughout Italy via express courier. At the time of order departure the customer will be notified of the shipment with an email containing the tracking number of the shipment and the total number of packages that make up the shipment. The customer, from the day following this communication, can check the status of the shipment directly from the courier's website.
Delivery in Italy occurs within 4 working days after the order is placed. In the calculation of delivery days, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not to be considered.
In case of unavailability, even temporary in stock of the requested goods, Logistic & Trade s.r.l. within 24 working hours (Saturday, Sunday and holidays excluded) from the day of validation of the arrival of the payment will inform the customer; in the shortest possible time, and in any case within thirty days starting from the day following the arrival of the validation, reimburse the customer any sums paid for the payment of the supply, unless the customer informs Logistic & Trade s.r.l. to want to wait for the product purchased. at the customer's written request, via e-mail email@example.com, he will replace the goods with another one chosen by the purchaser.
How to behave the delivery of the goods
In order to make our service more efficient, we ask the customer to check the conditions of the package at the time of delivery.
In case the package is not perfectly intact it must be withdrawn with reserve. Or next to the signature on the delivery note must be clearly marked "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE damaged package".
If the package is severely damaged so as to have certainly also caused damage to the internal content, the customer must reject the delivery clearly requesting to add, always on the bill, the words "GOODS REFUSED damaged package".
In the event that the customer accepts the package with reserve and verifies that the goods are damaged, or in case he refuses the delivery, he must immediately contact the customer service of Logistic & Trade s.r.l. (Info@boxlum.it)
The customer must also verify the exact correspondence of the number of packages indicated on the delivery note.
