RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURN and PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Logistic & Trade s.r.l. allows you to replace the product or return the goods purchased within and not later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Logistic & Trade s.r.l. will carry out the product collection at home, or at an agreed address, by express courier, who will have the task of returning the parcel to the Logistic & Trade s.r.l.
To request return, exchange or replacement, the Customer must contact the Customer Service by e-mail at email@example.com communicating:
- the order references
- articles to change / replace / render
- motivation of the request
- IBAN on which to be credited with the reimbursement (only in the case where the payment of the original order was made by bank transfer, in other cases reimbursement takes place directly in the PayPal account or Credit Card / Prepaid card)
The REGISTERED Customer may request the return or replacement directly from his / her Account and may also check the status of his return request and the relative return shipment at the Ops srls warehouse
The return shipping costs are charged to the customer. The customer will receive from the Customer Service an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return request containing all the indications to correctly pack and ship the product. All products must be returned intact (without signs of wear, abrasions, scratches, scratches, deformations, etc.), complete with all their elements and accessories, accompanied by the instructions / notes / manuals attached, the original packaging and packaging and certificate of guarantee, if any.
As soon as the returned product arrives in Logistic & Trade s.r.l. and if the original integrity is verified, the customer will receive an email confirming the receipt of the package. From that moment it will be immediately processed the sending of the new goods or the refund.
The dispatch of the new goods, changed or replaced, is always the responsibility of Logistic & Trade s.r.l.
REIMBURSEMENT and TIMING
Once the returned product arrives in Logistic & Trade s.r.l. and it will verify its complete integrity, the customer will receive by e-mail confirmation of receipt of the package and from that moment the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
If the customer has paid the original order with PayPal, Credit Card or Prepaid Card, the refund will be credited and will be visible on the PayPal account of the customer or directly on the corresponding credit card / prepaid card account.
If the customer has paid the original order by bank transfer, the reimbursement will be credited by bank transfer on the IBAN which indicated the client in the email request made addressed to our Customer Service.
